About the Designer

Katy Rogers

I believe great design begins with listening.

My greatest strength isn’t having a signature style. It’s listening to you, your home, your budget, and your goals and bringing those pieces together into a design that feels as though it always belonged.

My career began by helping family and friends refresh their homes. Sometimes that meant rearranging furniture, sewing custom window treatments, or finding new ways to use what they already owned. Those early projects taught me that thoughtful design isn’t about buying everything new, it’s about seeing the potential that’s already there.

Over the years, my work naturally expanded into remodeling, new construction, kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations. While every project is different, my approach has remained the same: listen first, understand how you live, respect the architecture of your home, and create solutions that are both beautiful and practical.

I love solving design puzzles. Whether it’s improving the flow of a kitchen, blending existing elements with new materials, or helping clients make confident decisions, I enjoy bringing clarity to what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

I don’t believe in designing for my clients, I believe in designing with them. Your home should reflect your life, not my personal style. My role is to guide the process, simplify the decisions, and help create a home that feels authentic to you.

When a project is complete, my hope is that it doesn’t simply look beautiful. I want it to feel comfortable, timeless, and as though it was always meant to be that way.
